Without any further ado, here’s the Positive Mental Attitude Tip of the Day:
Sometimes you’ll see things in your life as “messed up” – feel free to insert your favorite explicative in lieu of “messed”. The way I see it, I’ve only got the ability to see a tiny part of the big picture. I haven’t got a clue how things are going to straighten themselves out and I certainly don’t carry around one of those “for entertainment purposes only” crystal balls either. Sometimes I do, however, get the notion that I should complain about the way things are as if it will do any good.
The reality is that these are the times to sit down, shut up and get to work.
So that’s what I’m doing. If nothing else, I’ll get some good work done.

Very nice write up! Like you were talking to me face to face!

Amen. With school and professors and stuff there is always some assignment or project or requirement that “Isn’t fair” that I can’t do anything about but I’ve finally learned that I just need to STFU and work on it and try to do a good job. Sitting around complaining isn’t going to get anything done.
I can’t even imagine trying to go back to school, knowing what I know now AND trying to maintain that attitude? I don’t envy you a bit.
haha it’s alright. I just ignore it all now and know that I’m on the home stretch
