  2. Although my 5-figure dream bike comes from the land of pasta, olives, and Sophia Loren (ah, who’m I kiddin’…it was built in Taiwan) the reality is, we roadies always have a fantasy bike hanging up in the back of our minds on a workstand, ready to be tweaked, don’t we?
