Last week was pretty incredible for me. For starters, I put in 137 miles – my highest single week ever. I didn’t take one day off (though my ride yesterday was only 8 miles @ 15 mph – technically that’s not a day off, but that’s a day off). I had a great run at the running club – if it was only a 5k – I started back into my Endomondo Challenges and I went on my first ever group ride, which I loved and can’t wait to do again.
All in all, that’s me – 7, my fat butt – 0.
My confidence is up, health is up, no real aches or pains to speak of, my daughter wrote a post for my blog and I was able to watch an hour or two of the Masters with my dad yesterday afternoon… And we followed that with an amazing dinner – my mom can put out a spread, let me tell you, and I didn’t eat like it was Thanksgiving, but it was close… And we even had…
Noodle Salad. If this is as good as it gets, I’ll be ok with it, though I won’t lie – I’ll be happier when summer gets here.
