Dude, I’d like to thank Granny B for the best damn pumpkin seed recipe ever thought of, bar none.

Clean your pumpkin seeds and place them on a cookie sheet as you normally would.  Then cut pieces of bacon into little chunks and place over the seeds.  Then bake till the bacon is rightly done.

Seriously, dude.  Bacon. Flavored. Pumpkin seeds.

The candy of meat meets the candy of seeds (and Halloween).  And no…. it’s even better than it sounds.  Trust me.

Take one used inner tube. Slice into small pieces. Sprinkle with bacon. Mmmm. Delicious. Generally speaking, if you take anything and put bacon on it, it works for me 😉
But perhaps I’ll give it a go this year; there’s always a ton of pumpkin seed around Hallowe’en and it usually ends up in the compost heap.

Try it, you’ll like it. I’ll have to give that inner tube trick a try! Sounds, well, bacon.

Yes indeed. To really go to town, lightly fry up some finely diced garlic in extra virgin olive oil, add a little dash of fresh cream, throw the tube in the bin and eat the bacon…
As you say, how do you improve on bacon?

That looks delicious! I think we’ll try that out next week. Thanks for the idea!

Dude! I usually make them with oil and seasoning and they are awesome. But bacon!?!? That is a whole other level, right there.

Oh. My. God. I never thought to add bacon. Dude! Bacon! It’s soooooooo on with this recipe. Thanks for posting it I would have never imagined. And I love bacon. Ha! Awesome post!
