I lost two pounds riding my bike. Sunday.

Is that 2 genuine lbs or fluid loss?
If you go by calories, it’s technically 2 pounds actual. Considering fluid loss actually is detrimental because we tend to over-hydrate which causes us to gain weight immediately after a ride. Thus, after a couple of days of eating right we find that we’ve lost a couple.

Funny fact is, I was at my grandma’s garage sale over the weekend and she had my mountain bike that didn’t sell – kind of glad to know that and well I decided to ride it around to see if I still could (since I hadn’t rode a bike in years – except for the stationary bike at the gym) and to be honest It took me a moment to get back into the swing of things lol 🙂 It made me regret ever stop riding though, so maybe I will put some new tires on the bike and gradually start riding it again, it was really fun while the fun lasted.
