Cycling, as far as I’m concerned, is the best thing since sliced bread for weight lo… err, wait a second.  That doesn’t quite work, now, does it?  Anyway, the point is, cycling works for me because I love it.  Whenever I have a rough day, I think about getting on my bike in the early evening and spinning that crap away.  It works wonders.

So the Title is a bit of Click Bait…  I don’t have a dozen of the best tips for cycling and weight loss because you only need one;  Ride more, smile more, eat less.

That’s all we need.  Oh, and a super-bike or two wouldn’t hurt.

The whiter the bread, the sooner you’re dead, or so the saying goes!

I remember the first time I did a triathlon, I couldn’t get my skinny jeans over my quads! Now that I didn’t mind!

Well, I count three tips. I’ll chip in a fourth:

Don’t use chocolate shakes for hydration.

Actually that might work for weight loss, but not quite the way you’d want it to.

  5. Man, here I was ready to scribble down your 12 life changing tips…good post bro. I’m currently working on walking consistently every day. Hopefully I’ll be on a bike soon.

  6. Great post! I started cycling about four weeks ago with the purpose of getting my thighs somewhat firmer … a month down the line and I’m preparing for a trip from north to south of France. The thighs aren’t much better, but I’m sooo excited! Any tips or advice more than welcome on either the trip or the thighs … Katie

  7. Great post. Cycling is a good exercise to burn excess calories.

Thank you, sir. I’m in the middle of strenuous testing to find out if cycling is better for the mental state or physical state of the human body… It appears more testing is necessary at this point. Chuckle.

      Thank you, doctor.
