Unfortunately that is a bogus test for the virus that’s been flying around the interweb lately. The same “test” has been attributed to many sources, not just the Japanese. It would be nice if it was that easy to detect, but it’s not.
It’s incredibly important right now to check information sources, even if forwarded from people you trust. This is all misinformation according to Snopes.
