    If I can stand on one foot and put on my socks, it tells me my back is okay.
    If it hurts too much, it’s time to do some yoga.
    Fortunately, I can stand on one foot and put my socks on most days.
    Inability to put your socks on without pain is a leading indicator of old age! 😉

  5. I’m 59, rode with a smile on my face the last two days, tackled a really tough and rocky set of trails today. I feel stronger than the ten year old version of me.. and the strength I feel is one of the reasons I smile.

  6. Good point! I’m secretly planning another trip which I shall slowly drip-feed to my other half … the joy of cycling is something akin to blissful freedom. Katie
