Fortunately, I can stand on one foot and put my socks on most days.
Inability to put your socks on without pain is a leading indicator of old age! 😉
I’m 59, rode with a smile on my face the last two days, tackled a really tough and rocky set of trails today. I feel stronger than the ten year old version of me.. and the strength I feel is one of the reasons I smile.
