I’m starting another blog on which to originate all of my new “ride” posts, like the one’s I’ve posted the last few days.  So, rather than try to keep track of them here, and add still more pages to my already impressive page list, it made more sense to post them on another blog.  This way, I can set up pages dedicated to each region of Michigan.  I also have other plans for the new site, but that’s a topic for another day.

Check it out (here)

If you’re visiting Michigan with a bicycle, the new site will be the place to check for routes.  It’ll take a few years to load it up, but I’ve got high hopes for it.

I think I’ll likely just “share” the posts to this blog as I get them done, though I might just republish them… I haven’t made up my mind yet.

Good luck with your new blog. Although I’ve never been to Michigan, have given a follow to support 🙂

  2. Awesome! Maybe I’ll have to start planning a USA holiday.

For what it’s worth, sharing (and having links between the two blogs) rather than publishing identical content in two places is better for SEO and Google result rankings. 🙂

Good luck on that! BTW, as I may have mentioned before I drive for Uber and Lyft and I just wanted to share my experience of yesterday. I met this young man in his early 20’s who was proud of being like 8 months clean. He’d moved from Dallas to get away from his influences. He told me his story and his plans. We also talked about you and this website. I hope he’ll check it out. The thing of it is, I believe he’s going to make it. He seems to already have adopted the “Fit Recovery Attitude”, if I can call it that, so I have high hopes for him. Anyway, I thought it would make your day.
