I didn’t have it yesterday but I sure did today – I even went back out after I got back for an extra four miles just to make sure I really felt that good. My hunch was confirmed – I did.
Man do I feel better. I read the other day, a post that said we should watch to make sure we’re not addicted to the release of endorphins… Let’s see, I was addicted to drinking, I was addicted to cigarettes…actually let’s make this easy, I will – given the opportunity – become addicted to anything that will make me feel good, no matter how bad. I think I can live with being hooked on endorphins and coffee.
Days off suck. One ride and my attitude is right back where it should be.
